protecting your transducer with a bunk trailer

    Hi,

I would like to know how everyone protects their transducers when they lift their boat out of water using a bunk or roller trailer? With a bunk trailer do you cut back one of the bunks or do you do something else like move the transducers a little more off to the side?

    Thanks

    jim

If your bunks protrude past the stern of the boat, the trailer is not adjusted correctly. You need to move the bow roller/winch back.

yeah just adjust the boat in how it sits on the trailer or move the xducer over so it doesn't interfere with bunk.
