Legend perchbait T the hook for hook rash ?

How’s it goin ,not complaining about he product. Caught a 45 “ first 30 min using it on a new lake. But after about 5 outings there’s pretty deep hook rash grooves. It’s gonna start takin on water soon. Do I fill the grooves with epoxy or t the hook and risk changing the action that I had that just caught a fish? Should the outer shank of the treble be turned to port or starboard ?

The Perchbait is excellent. T the hooks -- it won't alter the performance or action, and will minimize the rash.

I can't think of a single bait whose action is adversely affected by T-ing the hooks.
