What your favorite color for a topwater bait?

What color seems to get the most action on topwater? I mainly fish northern WI waters, slightly dirty, and green/black plopper seems to get the most looks. Just curious what everyone elses go to are?

Whatever color sounds the best. Which usually it’s black with a lot of tooth marks.

black bottom so the fish can see it ,,,,,, yellow/orange on the top so I can see it ---- goodluck ------ jim

Some variety of black during low-light conditions. During the day, I like anything that looks like a cisco for walk-the-dog baits (One-Eyed Willie, Jackpot, etc.), or something bright like parrot or firetiger on other topwater models.
