    If I'm not mistaken, clear muskies are often referred to silver not gold. I even think there is a silver muskie club in KY.

    Those yellow/blonde fish are pretty cool. It probably has something to do with a lack of melanin, and why it would be specific to part of the fish is anybody's guess. I've had a couple follow baits, but I haven't yet caught one.

    Your 2 pattern muskie is the first one I have seen online and it is a very impressive catch. I agree that this muskie should be posted on Musky Hunter magazine, other magazines, and books.
