    Pigeon lake

Heading up to pigeon lake June 9th. Worried it may be too early after spawn but only date I can go. Water temp is 42 degrees now. Went 2 years ago end of July and way too weedy so I wanted to go earlier this year. Any thoughts ? Think I'm ok ? Thanks guys

You will be fine . I belong to several other boards and have several Canadian friends who have been fishing Pigeon for Walleyes . The lake is up about 2 ft above normal but there are weeds . A couple of the guys caught 4 or 5 Muskies each on saturday while casting for Walleyes most were small 30" -36" but one was 44" . You can send me a PM if you need more info . Good Luck
