    Fish ID....

    Any thoughts on what this is....I have been told a juvenile musky, a tiger musky and a chain pickerel.

    Rounded fins and tail = tiger muskie

    That's kind of what I thought except the lake it came from is not suppose to have any pike in it.

    It only takes one pike and that makes it a high probability of that it will happen. Of course, it was either stocked tiger, a pike migrated, or someone placed one pike in there because its is a cross between a pike and a muskie. Just like in muskie fishing - never say never.

    There has been talk of the odd one being seen there, so I'm starting to believe....
