A friend of mine was heading south on Hwy 51/39 near Tomahawk last Sunday. They came upon three police cars on the side of the road, well them and two other cars got pulled over. They were being monitored for speed by an airplane. He is fighting it cause they ticketed him for going 79 MPH which is a $200 fine and four points. I was unaware that the police used airplanes north of the tension zone. Take care and watch your speed.
This has been going on for at least the last two months. I've been seeing the trap set up just north of Tomahawk between hwy L and hwy K. Usually there are two county cops and one state trooper along with the airplane.
