Thats was the best camera coverage I have ever seen on a musky show.Is there anybody cooler than the glovemaster Bill(ice)Sandy?I dont think nothing bothers that dude in the boat, supreme confidence.

The scene with the musky underneath the Shallowraider was the best filmed scene of any fishing show I have ever seen, bar none.
    Well done.

Very cool, the deadstick scene was intoxicating.

Yeah. You see all that and then I drop the fish after the strike. It was hard to get a good hookset angle. I probably should have just kept reeling and kept pressure. It was incredible to watch live!

Yes, that deadstick scene was great.

So while watching that I'm thinking to myself that I'm sure I go into the 8 when I see that fish, so here's an opportunity to learn.

Jim - what made you decide to go deadstick instead ?

Two things. First the muskies were turning off or melting rather than following I the figure 8. Second Steve Heiting and Kevin Schmidt always catch muskies using the dead stick technique. So I kept using it throughout the day. It works in lots of waters. Give it an honest try this summer.

When the deadstick clip started, I thought to myself "what's with the Pirates of the Carribean music?" Then as the clip progressed, I thought the music selection was the perfect choice for equally perfect footage.
