I can hardly get a small section of the garage... A whole room? Not likely

We've looked at outfitters from Newfoundland to British Columbia, after ruling out Alaska and the Yukon because we just couldn't afford that. We haven't booked the trip yet but we're likely going to book a fly-in to northern Ontario.

Steve, sounds great! Did a Yukon hunt in 2004. Glad I did it then. Prices have pretty much doubled since then. Tom

So, how did you do? Do you have a moose head to fill up your "man room"?

Steve, Yep. Shot a 58". Actually, my "man room" or "man cave", as the wife calls it, isn't big enough. But the new family room is. LOTS of room for additional critters too! Slowly trying to fill it up, as the pocket book allows. Darn hunt sure wasn't cheap, but not a day goes by that I don't think about it. Hard to put a price on that I guess. Tom

Yeah, I've got to agree. The only way it gets better is if the moose was in a full-body mount, too. Love the bear, and that ram is pretty impressive, too.

And Tom, congrats on the moose. Where I'll be going, a 50" is a monster ... and I can't wait.

Good eats too! Fifty inches is still LOTS of moose. Especially when there on the ground in front of you... Tom.
