I've got a question for everyone. Has anybody tried Frabill's Musky Cradle? I saw them at Gander tonight for $55 and was curious what everyone thought. It seemed pretty cheep, but it also seems like they would be rather difficult to use.

With a fish of a lifetime would you want me to net it or craddle it? For the record i do keep a cradle in the boat, just incase.....

The two biggest problems with a cradle is almoat if not impossible to use when alone and if the hook comes out when landing a fish it could end up in the face of the guy holding the cradle. Nothing wrong with netting a fish and using a cradle for measuring and reviving a large fish.

I have a Big Kauna and when fishing by myself I just hold the handle closer to the yoke, as far as craddles go it's a two man opperation and you are asking for trouble on boats with high sides.
