The only reels I have are Curado's and you can throw anything with them, even big baits if you get the power handle.

Oh and make sure you get a Curado that was made in Japan. May have to do some searching. Shimano started making the Curado in Malaysia beginning in 2012 and they are not nearly as nice. I know...
