Best line I have used is Hi-Seas Grandslam braid. 80# and 100#. It casts great. Is the easiest line I've seen for picking out backlashes. Used it for 9 years never had 1 line failure.

Very funny John. I do not like the Terrova footpad at all. They hold up the same also. Everyone I go on trips with always has 2 spare footpads of them also..

Now if only minn kota would design a footpad that would last a entire season that would be great.....

I use a lot of Stealth tackles weighted leaders on Suicks they add a lot more hop to the bait and also act like a hinge and shoot the bait side to side more also.
I use the 3/4 and 1oz on 9" Suicks...
