I ordered one of these a while back and I think it took about a month to get. After I paid I didn't get any responses to messages either, but it finally showed up later. Hopefully you will get it worked out.

I tried to get him to do a custom board for me and it was way to much work to get ahold of him, so I took my business elsewhere. His name is Brandyn Shepherd. He's just a young pup, so he's still growing up. Check out his Muskylink website and maybe you can get ahold of him that way.
He'll learn the hard way about how to run his side business.
Try a Dunwright or there is another company that does customs, Muskie Bumper Bump Boards. Try them out! I've see a really sweet custom they made for a buddy of mine. They also make custom tackle boxes.

I know Brandyn very well, while he may be hard to get a haold of he is certainly not a thief and I am sure a mistake was made. I see him often and will mention this to him and I am sure it will be taken care of

I hate to say this but i did everything i could to purchase one of his boards and he failed to get back to me multiple times! I ended up going to thornbrothers and got a very nice board. If your going to work in the retail buisness you have one choice. Take care of the customer or get out the buisness because you will not last.

I gave up on him a while ago. I went to Lowes and bought some PVC exterior trim, some hinges, and a can of clear coat. Made my own board for $20 and it works great.
