Going up to the above chain this Thursday. I have never fished it but we have a chance to do so. Could anybody confirm the main forage and what kind of artificials to use?

thanks for your help!

I would call Musky Jacks which is on Rt 70. One they have a great burger, make sure to stop by. Two they sell suckers, not sure if they have them yet, but we have done well on Sucker on the chain.

Musky Jack's number is 715-762-4330

Not sure if my first reply was posted?

I would stop by Musky Jacks, it is a bar on RT 70 right at the chain. They have a great burger and they might have suckers. We have done well on Suckers.

Hey Guys:

Thanks for the information. Here is my late report!
We did use suckers and had one to the boat--36-38" but he never had the metal in his mouth! He held on to the sucker until he was near the boat--tore up the sucker very badly!

My partner got a nice 24" Walleye on a Suick and my brother got a nice bass on a bucktail!

Nice, quiet lake...at least in the fall!

Take CAre!
