looking for info to help get my firsy musky. I live in Charleston and have been musky fishing in the Elk and Buckhannon rivers. I have had 3 raises and several muskies I have seen.

I'm over in Ohia, be glad to help. Send me an e-mail to my yahoo account.

I'd like to find out how you got on the Elk, I tried launching at Clendenin and almost lost my Dodge downstream! I've done OK on the Gauley, too. You should try Stonewall this fall. m

I fish Elk, Big Sandy (a tributary of Elk) Kanawha & Poca. Sounds to me like you are doing good, just stay at it. I do like to use swim baits in Elk especially when it is gin clear. You will get them! You are fishing good water.

There is a ton of good musky waters in your area. Also, if you dont mind a small drive, then come on down to Cave Run and fish! Great numbers and BIG fish! That is my preferred spot but i fish all over. If you ever think you may want to come over to KY and fish some weekend shoot me a message!
