    Lefty burning reel

I have a record toro winch and throw buck tails a lot but want to burn them next summer, can anyone recommend a lefty rod and reel (preferably with level wind) and that can burn 8-13's. Don't want to kill the bank. Any info appreciated.

I would stick with the revo toro, just get the mid or high speed model. Great reel, hard to beat it for the $$. Comes with the power handle too for burning. When cranking its always easier to slow down than use extra energy to speed up. As a right hander, I fish correctly by using a lefty reel. No "juggling" the rod while I cast. heh heh

i crank left handed and use an Avet SX 6/4 Raptur - 2 speed reel

    6.3 to 1 and 3.8 to 1

39" per crank and 24" per crank

    no line guide

i think its a great reel for burning big blades - can buldge twin 13s and not wear me out and i'm an older fart at 57!!!
